Transfer of Connection

Sir,

I got transfer letter from Bundi (Rajasthan) for Kankroli (Rajsamand, Rajasthan) for my customer no. 27840 on 15 Dec 07. The same letter presented near about June-July 08 at Dwarkesh Gas Agency, Kankroli (Phone 02952 - 220468). But the staff and agency owner not responding me and refusing to give gas connection. He is pressurring me to buy a Three Burner Gas stove having value Rs. 3000/-. He is using very rough language with us. Now I am going to Cunsumer Court.
