Not giving additional cylinde

Hi,

My name is srividhya v and my consumer number is ME 49322. I am a customer of Mahalakshmi Enterprises, Banaglore. For the past 3 monhts i am requesting for getting an additional cylinder because i have only one cylinder. They are not taking my request at all. I am keep on calling them and meeting them but they are saying to come after 1 month, 15days, 1 week etc. They are not registering my request even. Today (3-dec) i called them in the morning, they said that talk to manager at 11 am, he will come by that time. I called by 12, and still he has not come to office. Is this the way Manager is doing his job? What the hail they are doing? Is this the way they entertain customers?
