Taking More Charge for renewal of

Hi Sir/Mam

Myself Ghanshyam dass. My bharat gas agency service dealer is "Kitchen Flame, B-2/15, Cycle Market, Mangol Puri" and their Distributor's Code is "CC-581816" and "CC-113546".

I renewed a new "Domestic gas customer card" and they charged me 225 rupes. But on the back side of card it is 25 rupes. I told them for this but they give me reply that at that time it is 225/= and 25/= is the old price.

As this is not a big amount but as a responsible citizen i am asking you that is it right?

Also when we book a new cylinder they told us that it will come after 2-3 days, but it come after 15-20 days. We and our society facing this problem. I did not get any complained number, thats why i am mailing you.

Plz do some helpful steps against it. All our society is waiting for your reply.
