Issue of 2nd Gas Cylinde

I am a customer of Bharat gas and my supplying dirtibutors is M/S CITY GAS SERVICE, CJ-99, SALT LAKE, KOLKATA-700 091, C.C. No.- 461702. Now I am having single cylinder. 7th day of November came to know over telephone that my distributors issuing 2nd cylinder Immediately I rushed there and requested them to issue me the 2nd cylinder. But they told me that I have to purchase an amount of Rs. - of some household utensils from their shop other than the connection price, and then they will issue me the 2nd cylinder. I requested like anything to issue me 2nd cylinder, even I wish to purchase a little thing of Rs. 500/- (approx) from them, but they won't listen and rigid their voice and asked me to do complain where ever I wish.

WHAT A BAD RULE AND RUDE WAY TO TALK TO THE CONSUMER.

It is my humble request to the Bharat Gas officer, please take care of the issue.
