Transfer of Gas from J&K to Gurgoan

I wish to transfer my Gas Connection from Jammu To Gurgoan, which i have bought on 28/04/

08 under consumer no 23450 and subscription vochure no is 507083686 from Shiva Gas agency (Agency No 531884) last morh Gandhinagar Jammu.

I got the feedback from the Agency that i can not transfer my Gas before completion of one year.

However i require it urgently to be shifted.

So kindly Guide and suggest me the best possible way to transfer it to Gurgoan at the earliest.
