Compelling the consumers to buy other products

I have gas connection from G.r Bharat gas and home appliances agencies in sankaridrug.whenever they supply gas they ask us to buy some products like Fortune sunflower oil or some detergent soaps. They make it mandatory that every consumer should buy it.if not, they delay in supply of gas unnecessarily. Moreover they charge 20 rupees extra to the billed amount in the name of service charge.please look into the matter and take necessary action.
