Poor Response fm gas dealer

Sir,

I booked a cylinnder for re-filling on 10th Dec'08 and they assued to deliver within two days but till now didn't get any cylinder when we are asking with them. There is no any proper responce and even they are not picking the phone too.

Sp, pls look into the matter and do the needful.
