Non delievery of gas cylinde

R/Sir, I had personally booked the gas cylinder on 02/12 at Varun Gas Service, Khanpur and on further enquiring the status on 15/12 they informed that no cylinder booked on said date. Again cylinder booked on same date but it was very surprise that no cylinder was received till 28/12. We were trying to book cylinder after 28/12 but they refused to booked and finally they have booked the cylinder on 10/01 with our lot of efforts. Now cylinder expired on12/01 and we again approaching to varun gas service for providing cylinder but they stateway refused to provide the gas cylinder with the plea that gas cylinder will be made available after 15 days from the date of booking. It means that we have no alternate to purchase the meal from market on very higher rate. Moreover the said agency is also not behaving properly with customer and cylinder also received by us in less weight. Sir, please look into the matter and direct varun gas agency, khanpur to provide cylinder at the earliest and also booked our second cylinder in advance to avoid further delay in supply.
