Always delay in delivering

Dear sir,

This is to bring to you to notice that there is always delay in delivery and also they have stop the deliver at our home now we have to stand in que for almost 3 hours and than we have to carry the cylinder with us but they do not deliver to our home

so please do some needful to us

The connection is booked on my dad name (Mintu jha) and the account no. for that is 28470 and the nearest agency is in borivali we have to wait for almost 20to 25 days to get 1 cylinder

so this is my sincerly request to you kindly take some needful action against this
