My consumer number 14332 which is in the name of My husband Mr. S.Gowthaman, is with M/S K.RAMANAIAH BHARATGAS AGENCY, Chennai - 87 whose distributer code is 161381. I had been trying to book a gas refill for the past 10 days since the 9th of January through their phone numbers 044-24866545/044-2486455/044-24865399/044-42716216/9840194915. All the phone numbers though in full working order are not responded to by the appropriate personnel. I had to take a leave from my office today to go to the aforementioned Gas agency to book the refill wherein, I found that the phones were off the hook and the three personnel who were there were utterly rustic and were discourteous. When pointed out to the facts that the phones were off the hook they simply did not acknowledge and I was told that "if I needed any gas I should learn to come to them in person in future." I am forwarding a written complaint too pointing out to the fact that I have recorded the entire conversation that I had with the personnel in my mobile. As a consumer I could abide by the rules and regulations of the corporation but not this appaling treatment of the consumer, that to a woman is very unbecoming for a company of this stature. I request the responsible personsons in the coprporation take note of this distributer to avoid any snowballing of the service related issues with them at the earliest
