Telephone lines always engage

Dear Sir,

I am associate with M/S. Rajaram Gas Agency, Katraj (Bharati Veedyapeeth) for booking the cylinder after 20 days we never get the telephone line connected (always busy) we observed sometimes they keep phones on hold. Every time We are trying continious 2-3 days then we book the cylinder. But we get cylinder within time. Booking of cylinder is very hectic.
