Non-delivery of gas & poor service

I, Mrs Geeta Srivastava consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons. No.19560 of sachin Gas Service (Ph: 011-26462463), 4/51, old Double story, Lajpat Nagar-4, New Delhi 110024 wants to complaint against the service provider for non-delivery of gas & poor service.

We have done the Booking for the cylender on 6th of Jan 09but its more then 24 days, they have not deliver the gas to me, till date no LPG was provided by the said dealer inspite of several reminders. It is most harassing that the said telephone was always kept busy and rarely one could make contact after trial even for several hours. This is too much harassing by the dealer being appointed by Bharat Gas Authority.

my daughter in law wisited twice to the dealer and he confirmed that it will get deliver on the same day, nothing happened.

Hope, this time you will take suitable steps to eradicate this problem for the benefits and satisfaction of LPG consumers.
