Delay in receiving Gas Cylinder

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas staying in Pimple Saudagar, Pune, Maharashtra. The past few months has been horrifying experience while receiving LPG cylinder delivery to my house. The ageny in our area i.e RATAN Enterprises in Rahatni, Pune, is least bothered whether the consumer gets the cylinder delivery on time. Recently we had a terrible experience where my spouse & me had to carry cylinder for refilling to the gas agaency. The agency authorities replied that the cylinder cannot be refilled here & you need to contact the delivery boy (who usually drives the Gas Clider carrier) for the delivery of the cylinders to the consumers. The delivery boy is so arrogant that he asked us to come at a specific place for the delivery of the LPG cylinder. We (me & spouse) waited for almost an hour to take the delivery of the cylinder.

Now it feels that we are left at the mercy of the delivery boy to get the LPG cylinders.

We are trying to register the complaint against the agency but are not sure where to register the same. hopefully this will be forwarded & taken into consideration.
