We had called on January28 for gas booking and were told that the delivery would be after 10 days. Today when we called we are told that no booking has been done and therefore it would take another 10 days. THIS AGENCY IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. Every month we have to make at least 5-6 calls to remind them. Pls do the needful
