Long waiting periods 8-10 days for delivery of cylinde

Sir, i am consumer of bharat gas with 2 cylinder connection thro- m/s mayur gas services ganjmaal nashik. the agency always ask customers to register requirement of cylinder 20 day from receving last cylinder. I want to know if this is a rule of Bharat Gas co, or whims of distributor. as this agency do not supply cylinder atleast for 8-10 days after registering requirement, we exaust our cylinder before we recive the other.

Sir will you inform what are the rules to get & recive cylinders.
