Delay of refilling the gas

I am the customer of bharat gas . we are taking gas from rajini gas agency of bharat gas, ambattur. they never use to do well. when ever we call to the agency it will be of busy, if we go straight means they will not respond, and they will not come to refill the gas with in the time, after 20 days of booking also they will not come to refil the gas . they will take atleast 25 days to come after booking. that also not sure . we got fedup with this kind of service.
