Rude behaviour of the employee

Sir,

On 15th Fed I called the below number Ph; 7753554 (which is the number of one of the branchs of Bharat Gas (Airforce Station, Begumpet)) to gather some information about the gas connection. A person received the call and before I could say anything, he shouted saying that "today is sunday and the time is 8:30 PM, how can you call now". Can you please tell me that is this the way they talk to a customer? If it was not an appropriate time then why is he there in the office at this time and can't he say the same thing in a polite manner. I request you to please look into it and teach the employee how to speak to a customer.
