Late connection/ pathetic customer service/ late delivery

Hello,

Bharat gas service is once of the most pathetic service I have come across. All the staff members looks illiterate.

They took almost 7 months to give me new gas connection. Staff members behaves very rudely/ careless with you as if they don't need customers. I heard they are doing black market of cylinders. Their job timings are 10-1 and 3-5. In this timings they don't bother to give proper service. For new connection ONLY in the morning sessions they are giving connections. In 3-5 timings they jusy talk to you very rudely and give foolish explanations as why they don't give new connections in afternoon.

This is Bharat Gas Connection located at Sihngad Road I am talking about.

For delivery they don't pick up your phone OR if in case they do favor and pick up phone they just disconnect it at the middle of your conversation. Even after 3 weeks they do not give you delivery. Its all very very irritating. This Bharat Gas Swargate branch I am talking about.

We have to fight agaist such experiences.
