Non issuing of DBC

Sir, my consumer No. RG16523 and Agency is M/s Rajeev Gas service, Mansarovar, Jaipur. In this regard I am to inform you that since last one half year I am continously persuing for registering/booking for DBC, But, agency is not registering my request and told that come in to next month. Till today they are not registered my request and not alloted DBC to me. I have complaint the same to Mr Kamlesh incharge of Rajeev Gas, but he is also replying that DBC is not available, will be providing in next month, But, even after lapse of one and half year, their next month has not come.
