Non delivery of gas even after 1.5 months

The service of Bharat gas has been very very very bad. it has been a regular issue every time. we never do recieve cylinder on time. after regular calls to, they dont provide cylinder on time.. the behaviour of the person in the office is very bad. they just assure us but they do not provide us any services. we have been calling regularly since 6-7 days but no attempt at all.
i would request the senior person of bharat gas in bangalore to please action at the earliest..
