Transfer of gas connection

Dear Sir,

As per my organization (M/s Essar Power ltd.) instruction I got transferred from Angul to Ranchi. i applied for transfer of my gas connection and same was transferred to Ranchi having termination voucher no. TV (058) 1699738 and consumer no.7165.

I have deposited above termination voucher on 09.04.09 at Kudru, Ranchi, which has already been conformed from Angul gas agency on dated 3.0.09.

But till now I have not got the gas cylinder for which I am suffering a lot.

Kindly take necessary action on above matter.
