Non Issuance of additional Cylinder& delivery problem

I am holder of Bharat Cylinder from May' My Consumer No 23506 and Gas Agency Name "Bharat Gas Distributor- COCA at valasarwakkam, chennai -600 087. We have not got additional Cylinder till now. there is always delivery problem for Booked gas (No Stock or Load has to come). On 21.04.2009 I booked for Gas Cylinder and they inform one Week for Delivery.
