Worst service

I have bharat gas connection from 2006 at kharghar. But i am really frustrating with their service. The way of talking with the customer is very rough.

after giving a request for re-filling minimum i have to wait 15 days..though i can see the people are getting cylinder, if they can bring it from their shop. everytime while make a booking, roughly they will answer and reply "samoi laagega"..ok it can happen while there is no supply..but it cant be all time, while coming to their office with empty cylinder, after a regorous request they are giving cylinder.

please do something in this regard.
