Non Delivery of Gas Cylinde

I am comsumer of Bharat Gas vide Consumer No 18996 at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. I have booked a cylinder on 25/03/09 vide Refill Booking No. 7884. I have not received gas cylinder till date. Our Gas Agency, M/S Abhinav Gas Services, Bilaspur does not bother about customer services and it is their regular practice to ignor customer services. They sale the cylinder at local markey without fullfiil the bonafide customer's requirement as gas cylinder is easily available at blac market with higher price. The matter should be taken very seriously. and action should be taken against the agency.
