No response when making call

Whenever i tyr to make a call to know whether the cylinder was delivered or not, from the two numbers one will always be switched OFF and the other wont be lifted.

I want to take this issue to higher authorities. It is their duty to deliver the gas as per delivery date that they have intimated us.

Also i will make media to have an eye on this agency.
