Corruption by delivery man &horrible service

I am having a bharat gas connection in PUNE (MAHARASHTRA) with a dealer NATRAJ GAS AGENCY in KOTHRUD area my con no is 26530 I had booked refill through ebharatgas on three instances and till date I have not recieved my refill but you all must be wondering that how have I survived BUT the fact is the same delivery man of the retailer (who says he has no booking of my no) gives me a cylinder for a extra price when & where ever required. I had complained previously also but in vain so I have resumed to illegal method of obtaining of cylinder. The delivery boy of NATRAJ GAS AGENCY is a great man for his family cos he is one person who must be having a slsry of arond 5000 pm but must be taking incentives of over 10000 pm.
