Not getting New Gas Connection

Dear Sir/Mam,

Me Shririshna Kashid Has shifted my family in the month of may to Rupinagar, pune. i have enquired about the new gas connection the person from the gas agency denied for the new connection as he told that the connections are not available right now. He told me come after 2 week. I visited after 2 week, this time he told you can come after 1 month. When I came after 1 moth this time he given date 20 may is date from which new connection will available. I came on this date, this time they told me that gas connection will not available for again two months, since from 4 moths i am not getting connection.

This is the fact or he is lying if he is lying then plz. help me to get new connection.
