Some items compulsory we have to purchaes whether is necssary or not

when I had to purchase gas of bharat, I had to taken more items which I don't want.like STOVE tava & addition to these items are very costly there.so I would like to tell that such complusory purchasing item should be avioded. I WANT YOUR APPLY
