Forced purchase of additional goods for getting the gas cylinders

This is a case of Chandra Gas Agency, dealer of Bharat Gas at Mainpuri U.P. -205001.

The dealer here refuses to deliver domestic LPG cylinders if the customers dont buy products like tea packets, sweets, gas pipes. peanuts etc that he intends to sell. The helpless consumers have to purchase the products without any need just to recive the cylinders.

i have not heard of any such policies of addional product sale or promotion by Bharat Gas in any other part of india. This is a profitable venture by the owner of the agency. please do the needful to prevent any further exploitation of the consumers.
