Egularly delay for delivery of cylinde

Respected Sir,

I am working in police department. sothat my duty hours are irregular. I can't go personally to get the cylinder. I have given strictly information to the gas agency office for giving the cylinder in time. But then also I am facing too much problems.

I have booked my cylinder on 17.7.09 on agency's phone no.(020) 27276590. Till today's date i.e.28.7.2009 I didn't get my cylinder nor I get any responce from gas agency in this connection.

So I kindly request you to do the needful. The matter is most urgent.
