My name is Gaurava Mishra.
I have been a Bharat Gas customer for the last one year and three months.
There are some policies of Bharat Gas which are highly preposterous:
1. At the time of New Registration, the consumer is forced to buy gas stove and gas lighter, which he/she may not need.
2. People who come for installation are so adamant to get some TIPS, even when the installation charges are paid.
3. The PAPERWORK is so costly, as if it is being printed on SILVER. We are being charged for Paperwork at the time of new registration, submission of the gas at the time of transfers, and again when we want to get the connection restored at the new location.
4. The manpower is rude and unwilling, as if the consumer is someone who the company does not need.
THIS ATTITUDE SHOWS THAT BHARAT GAS AND ITS DISTRIBUTORS ARE ONLY MAKING MONEY WITHOUT WILLING TO GIVE ANY SERVICE.
