Bharat GAs Home Delivery Not Done

I having consumer #:15321 booked our cylinder for home delivery on 23/07 at Venus Gas, Trivandrum (sapcode : 115445). The delivery has not taken place till despite our daily reminder calls till today (14/Aug/09). Whenever we call the dealer, they tell us that it will be delivered in 2-3 days times and all. But when we called them today, they say that they cannot do home delivery as they cannot bring the cylinder to my home just for 1 customer.

I expect someone to do the needful.
