Wrong name entered in system

I am holding LPG gas connection for my home since 4 years, My agency name is: Munusamy agencies in Velacherry. My name is Illayaraja i got the hand book in the name of Illayaraja but i am getting refill bills in the name Iyyappan, even after inform numerous times there was no action from agency side. Last 4 years i am trying to resolve this issue but could not. Since Gas bills in the different name i could not able to produce anybody in terms of residence proof and so on
