Refill Delay

Hello sir,

Warm greetings!!

We've booked the gas with our consumer no: 9318 on 30th July. At the time of booking, they said that they will deliver within ten days. Till now (20th August), they hasn't delivered the cylinder yet and alternative cylinder also almost ending.

We've been calling them from 13th August and those people are saying that they will deliver right now. But days are going and no cylinder is delivered yet.
