Worst delivery and poor customer service

Very poor response from Siddalingeshwara Gas service, Mysore (0821 2515372). The phone line is always busy, and by our luck if the call is received the lady speaks arrogantly and books the gas. waiting for more than 20 days when called to ask about the delivery of the gas, she says that we have not booked at all.

The same repeats every month and although complained several times to the owner of the agency, no action has been taken.
