Cylinder not delivered on time

Intially it was told us, that after booking is done, the 3rd day Cylinder will be delivered, after 2weeks also there is no delivery of the cylinder, whereas the other companies like HP, Indane are giving very good service, and delivering the cylinder withing 3 to 5 days, i have even heard that people of Bharat gas are selling the cylinders to commercial in black rates which were meant to given be the residential purpose..., this company is making huge money by selling to the commercial purpose...
