Cylinder Booking and gas refilling

Refill booking is a pain because phone numbers are always busy, if ringing no one picks up. If your day is good and phone is picked up the staff is terribly rude, no booking number is given, you keep waiting for the delivery... usually it takes 2-3 follow up calls to their office which itself is a pain and even after that it takes more than 20 days.

Though the automatic phone booking is there but it never works unless you make a personal call to their office.

The staff is always in hurry to put down the phone without answering the customer query properly.

This gas agency management is not at all doing any effort to improvise their customer service. Pl suggest an alternate as we have to go all the way from Marathahalli to Indiranagar for Booking.

Bharat gas has very good reputation in Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur.
