Non Delivery of Gas in time

We have been booking the gas once in 3 months as per our requirement. Our supplier is Shreeraksha Gas Agency # 8/2B, Shreeraksha Building, Bommasandra Post, Bangalore-560 099. Myself and my wife keep calling to this agency but we have not received proper reply from them. Our gas was booked about 20 days back. Some time the behaviour of delivery boys is manner less. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to send the gas.
