Non Delivery of Gas in time

My consumer no. is 20288 We have been booking the gas appox once in 3 months as per our requirement. Our supplier is Shreeraksha Gas Agency, 8/2B, Shreeraksha Building, Bommasandra Post, BANGALORE-560 099. We have booked the gas around 20 days back. For booking the gas also we have to go at their place itself they have given the telephone nos 08110 7833, 7835733 . All these nos are ringing but nobody will pick the telephone. We are staying at Vishwapriya layout, Begur. Its very far to go to that place. The behavior of delivery boys were manners less. We request you kindly look into the matter and arrange to send us the gas.
