Non Delivery of refill cylindee

Dear Sir,

I have book refill cylinder on 19/09 from the agency Kamote Navi Mumbai a dealer of Bharat Gas. I was assured delivery after two days but still date i.e 24/09 i have not yet recived the delivery,

As there is so much of froud in selling the refilled cylinder in Black in market.

As such agency has the stock to sell in Black Market kindly look this is an serious issue.
