I have gas connection with Madhu Gas Service, kankar Khera, Meerut, Distributor Code No 527883. Firstly, when new connection was taken no booking book was issued inspite of charging money for the same. Number of times the Agency was contacted. Not only the Book was not issued but the staff was rude. Now they have started asking ID proof.
