it was confirmed on booking time that ther was no shortage and i am likely to get refill cylinder withine four to five days.but till date refill cylinder not delivered. since last one and half year ther is average delay of eight to ten days. in the first place booking will not be given if your last cylinder is delivered has not completed 20 days, their phones are always engaged, you are very lucky if you get it within ten minutes time. on phone you will not get responsible reply, they will not hear your problen, after stero type reply your phone will be disconnected.despite demand you will not be given access to managerial staff
