DELAYED DELIVARY

Dear Sir,

I booked the gas (Cust. No-17105) on 11-9 and still not delivered. When I called the office (PRASAND GAS, Cherthala, Alleppey Dist., Kerala. Agency Code- 621852) they told on 26-9 they given for delivery, but still not delivered to me. Actually we are 8 Km away from the town so, third party people are delivering to us and these people are playing in between. Gas is ready if we pay Rs-500/-. Please take some steps to this.
