REPLACEMENT OF REGULATOR

I ANAND choudarapu having a lpg connection with bharat gas distributor at Karimnagar distributor code. 661865 and Name M/s. Nirmala Gas agencies. For replacement of Regulator the distributor is asked me Rs.300/-. When I asked for bill the concerned branch people is denied to give bill and they have given wrong information. When I contacted Mr. Kishore who is the customercare employee of bharat gas agency resided at warangal he told me to give Rs. 250/-. After an elaborated discussion had with Mr. Kishore and Nirmala Gas agency distributor I paid 250/-. I enquired with some other distributors for charges they told me that they are not charging anything for this service and they told me that it is prime responsibility of the distributor to replace the same. moreover I have take this last year only. I want some clarification regarding this whether these people is charged correcty or not because I am ready to go to consumer forum to lodge the complaint.
