Delay in delivery after booking & very poor response

I, Smt Prachi raut consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons. No. 49520 of Anita Gas Service. Agency No. 3056467 (ph no 02502636) Virar (west). I has booked a cylinder as on 7 Oct (booking No 6062) however till today (20 Oct) the cylinder has not been delivered to my home. I has called so many times but they refuse to answer. I am facing very poor response every time.. Each & every time when I booked a cylinder I have very bad experience with Anita Gas..
