Sir,

I am a bharat gas domestic cylinder consumer residing at Sector-17, Rohini, Delhi and my customer number is R-35408. I have booked for a gas cylinder with Vijay Gas Agency by telephone on 05/10 but till date delivery is not given. The officials at Vijay Gas Agency, Badli rarely pick up the phone and in very harsh tone reply that I will recieve the gas cylinder tommorrow but the tommorrow has not come yet. Their numbers, 27854368, 27857383 & 64517496 is always busy. I have tried to contact the customer care number of Bharat Gas i.e. 23324847 which is also busy. I am greatly harrassed. Earlier my distributor was Rohit Gas Agency which is closed now and my customer number is now transferred to Vijay Gas Agency. I have heard of similar nature of complaints with regard to Vijay Gas Agency from other customers also. Please do the needful.
