Late delivery!

Sir,
I got my last cylinder on 12th December and I had booked another gas cylinder on 29th December, 07 (booking No. 34) but i had not receive gas cylinder till date. Its more than 25 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 10 calls to the Sunny Gas Agency (nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered.
Every time Gas Agency creates problem regarding booking of the Gas Cylinder i am mentaly distrub very much. Please take the suitable action against Sunny Gas Agency, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur-302017 Please take action within 3 days otherwise i'll put case in Consumer Forum.
