Delay of cylinder delivery

Dear sir/Madam,

We are facing problem in delivery of cylinder. Agency people of ashoka gas in jaipur said that the cylinder will be delivered in 45 days as they are getting cfylinder from Bharat gas late. They said maal nahi aa raha compay se.

Plz suggest do we have the rights to log the complaint against the bharat gas company or agency.
