No stock available and constant late delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,

Consumer No. 127409 - residing in Haridevpur (Kolkata)

This is to inform you that we are extremely harassed by the poor and high handed services of our gas suppliers - Tolly flame, Naktala Branch - (Bharat Gas).

Although we dutifully do our booking one week in advance, as informed by the suppliers, we are still always told that there is no stock, as and when it is there we shall send it.

We had make our booking on the 6th January and are yet to receive the gas cylinder till date.

They are most ill mannered whilst answering the phone, one has to call up repeatedly to know exact details.

Why is this so? Why isn't there sufficient stock (as per their statement) like the rest of the other localities?

You are requested to please look into the matter with an earnest request to take to task such errant and irresponsible employees who happily receive their salaries without honouring their jobs/duty with respect or concern for the welfare of other beings.
