Bharat Gas Complaints - Not delivering the the refill even after 24days ove

Dear Sir/Madam

I have a gas connection cons. no . 5568 under Moulana Gas Agency, Nagawara main road, p&t colony, Bangalore. I have personally booked gas on 6th- October around 10:00AM. After booking, I will not get the cylinder delivered to my place even after 20-22 days, instead I need to call them regularly and i will get the answer that "it will be delivered today or tomorro ..."almost everyday i have to call and i ll get the same answer all the time. Then i have to go to the booking office and again i have to ask them/remind them... and again i get the same answer"it will be delivered today or tomorrow ..." will anyone look into this matter and help us to come out of this kind of issues please... as i am suuffering a lot...
